The Environmental Impact Assessment procedure is governed in Slovak legislation by the Act of the National Council of SR No. 24/2006 Coll. of 14th December 2005 on Environmental Impact Assessment and on Alternations and Amendments to Some Acts, as amended (EIA Act).
